A Dutch manufacturing business has agreed a long-term lease of a 30,000 sq ft Oldbury industrial unit. Atami specialises in the production, distribution and sales of minerals, fertilisers and substrates for the horticulture industry and has taken on the newly refurbished unit at the Junction 2 Industrial Estate off Demuth Way. Richard Phillips, UK portfolio director for Logicor, added: “I am delighted to welcome Atami as a tenant to the Logicor Oldbury estate. “The estate is well located at the foot of Junction 2 of the M5, providing excellent access to the UK motorway network. It is a prime location for businesses looking to establish a central hub for local, regional or national operations.” Read more
