Taking place this June, the BIO international convention is one of the largest and most prestigious international Biotechnology and Pharmaceutical partnering events in the world.

In recognition of the Midlands expertise in the sector, the Midlands Engine is taking a trade delegation to BIO 2017.Taking place between 19th-22nd June 2017, the event will be held at San Diego Convention Center, United States.

The convention attracts thousands of biotechnology and pharma leaders, who come together for one week of intensive networking to discover new opportunities and promising partnerships. BIO 2016 attracted 15,900+ attendees from 5,000+ companies including the leading biotech companies, top 25 pharma companies, top 20 CROs and CMOs, more than 300 academic institutions including the major research labs and government agencies, as well as leading consultants and service companies.
